Rebecca M. Marquis is a family law attorney practicing in Scottsdale, Arizona and the surrounding areas. She was raised in Marietta, Georgia, and relocated to Arizona in 2004. Rebecca received her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Georgia, and her law degree from Georgia State University, College of Law.
Rebecca began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. In this capacity, Rebecca provided representation to the Department of Economic Security, Division of Child Support Enforcement, and appeared before numerous judges and commissioners in several hundred child support related court hearings. Upon resigning from the Attorney General’s Office, Rebecca formed The Marquis Law Firm, and has since expanded her practice to include all areas of family law.
Rebecca is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Scottsdale Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
On a personal note, Rebecca and her husband enjoy spending quality time with their six children as well as traveling, golfing, and volunteering. Rebecca also dedicates a considerable amount of time to providing pro bono services to individuals throughout Maricopa County.
